For farm rural property loans, will be harder to come by if you want to get money out of your property, a good rule is to plan on keeping a land property for at least 10 years.If you goal is more cash flow related, you might want to look at buying single family, duplex, triplex or quadplex properties, these are the easiest properties to finance, and there are hundreds if not thousands of lenders in this space.

Beyond that, with 38 fet of height you can avg. out to about 8.5 feet ceiling heights if you are to build 4 stories but that usually short changes the commercial space, so you may conclude 3 stories is more prudent (depending on the marketability of the commercial space and number of residential units you can build).2.

They will make cheap/easy fixes or they will discover your specific problem isn't covered by the warranty and you'll have to pay for repair/replacement anyway.Most property managers will not manage a home with a warranty because of the rejections, delays, and poor work.
