Hello I have a house for rent and did find already a good section 8 tenant...She wants the property, also showed me her voucher today The problem is that the house is under my mother name and she is not a USA citizen,she is on B2 Visitor Visa.I just got a Request for Tenancy approval Form from tenant and i see they(section 8) request to fill it out w-9 form....

My broker approves this so that´s a green light for me.I would say that if you have a purchase and sale agreement signed you are acting as a seller, then, "your house, your rules"....

Servicers take collateral and sell it, such as with a deed in lieu if the note holder accepted or approved it, it could also have been a note purchase by the servicer. lots of options

Consider jumping into the current threads, a few days old forward as your post will have a better chance of being seen by the OP, or mention them.We also have contracts here on BP.Regardless, using state approved contracts are required in some states, like yours, and any internet contract should not every be used until it is reviewed by an attorney in your area.
