I can point you in the right direction as I know a broker in the area who can assist you with financing via bank and private money.

Specifically, I am trying to start a company that allows investors to see where rezoning proposals are taking place via a map.  

I have a property that I go via Sub To back in august.

We are in the process of purchasing a home via an FHA 203k loan.

I get asked a bunch of questions about Turnkey and would be more than willing to answer any Qs about specific TK companies via message, but trying to avoid recommending anyone via the forums.I owned 4 TK properties for the entire year of 2016.

I started in the market by making connections via BP, FB, IG, Craiglist etc, Set appointments and flew down to the market once per quarter for about 18 months to shake hands and kiss babies. 

So once a presenter has finished with their pitch & answering any questions, there is a live poll via your mobile phone to gage everyone's opinion on if it is a "deal or know deal".
