Rezoning Tools

Hey Everyone!  I am trying to understand the information that is important when it comes to Commercial Real Estate investing.  Specifically, I am trying to start a company that allows investors to see where rezoning proposals are taking place via a map.  The map takes a tax parcel and applies a tag to it that would allow potential investors to see details associated with the rezoning while also looking at surrounding rezonings.  

With that said, I want to make sure the tool I am providing is meaningful and need to understand what other information would be critical to commercial real estate investors.
