How to hire out specific trades for specific jobs around the house.

I have a plan of going to a trade school, and getting a certificate for industrial maintenance in order to make a base, and be financially stable and in doing that be able to have money to support this path into real estate.

Could be anything: accounting, engineer, law, maybe medicine, even trades (they make good to great money).You’ll see many questions and also advertisemtns/books on how to invest in real estate with little or no money or income...

For me, I understand that it's not liquid but also know that I don't have to trade on the market but also can compound investments if the business plan called for an opportunity to refinance and move it into another asset.Again, those are my reasons.

Six years later I had a hard time trying to sell that house on a short sale for 200k with nothing wrong with it whatsoever.

It seems im trading cashflow for equity.

Matt,He flipped a 5,000 sq ft house and underestimated the cost to flip it is what he says and by all accounts from being in the trades I feel 98% he's right without auditing him.

Folks who have committed $10,000 or whatever to join the club are significantly more likely to invest in a club deal than to do nothing (their thought is "I've already spent $10,000 to join so I had better at least invest in a deal with this group.")If someone has zero experience whatsoever, this may be a good thing for them.
