Flipper won't pay me 80k I invested after house sold
Can anyone recommend a lawyer to help me go after this guy or any advice on putting pressure on him to pay me what he owes me.
We've done a deal on a previous house that worked out well. Decided to do another property with him and the guy won't pay out.
I feel so sick and vulnerable right now.

Did you have a lien on the house? If you are lending on a flip, you want to have a lien on the house so when its sold you get paid off.
@Brie Schmidt had a similar experience...she might be able to recommend a course of action.
