My bottom line: I'd take the advice of someone that's been in the game for 40 years over someone that's only been involved during the last 10 when we've had favorable weather and the wind at our back.

The reason plaster and drywall are used to cover walls and ceilings is that gypsum is fire-resistant.

Upon my return to this great country of United States I will most likely move to Southern Arizona around Tucson or Tempe (close to family and great weather!)
