Hello fellow agents.Can someone please educate me to which form the escrow agent uses at the closing table to report to the IRS, broker commissions?

we felt that in these 7 days we received the best and indispensable education we could get only by jumping into the water.

On the other hand, I see a ton of rental property owners leaving hundreds of dollars in potential rental income on the table every month.  

I've had plenty of investors dip their feet into these waters and none of them end up pulling the trigger on actually doing it after doing the math.
