Good morning! My name is Adam and I’ve worked in real estate (residential & commercial) for nearly 11 years. I have an abundance industry knowledge I would like to channel to be a great property manager for long term investors in Montgomery County, MD. In addition, I’m interested in learning from investors how to decisively evaluate cash-flow and appreciation deals, sources of financing and creative financing or sweat equity relationships so that I can start investing in the future.
