Good area, cheap properties.

It probably wouldn’t be cheap being concrete but does seem like a liability.

We start to see this in some of our top neighborhoods, where the best lots were sold in the 50s and people built small houses on them, but it's usually not easy to buy it cheap enough as long as they are habitable.

Only 3 of the units are currently rented, but have long term tenants, likely due to the fact the rent is far too cheap and has not been raised in I'm told 10 plus years.

Once COVID struck, the Army wouldn't allow me to travel anyway, so I just hunkered down and did cleaning and management myself.The house was a model home, with every possible feature from the builder, which drastically increased my mortgage.

Do you travel this way very often?

Paint it how you like it and if it becomes an issue luckily paint is cheap!

The prices are cheap, which is nice, but in my personal opinion I would do an airbnb for hunters or something near Lake McConaughy so there is something more to do! 

I travel a lot so a zoom meeting is best for me.

Don't be cheap and look for free crappy docs online.
