I have read many books and do what I can to search for online information and I came across your site from some Youtube videos I have watched.  

I have invested no less than 40 hours in reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide and BP's YouTube channel since my I started this thread. 

With that at mind, I stubbed on to Bigger Pockets as I was researching on YouTube.

I've been watching some interview videos from YouTube, Pretty informative stuff.

Watch the youtube channel and check out a meeting if you can; the members there are above and beyond helpful, and really helped my husband and I kickstart our real estate investing careers here in Knoxville.

But he stands out for his restless pursuit of new markets, leading Amazon into risky new ventures like the Kindle and cloud computing, and transforming retail in the same way Henry Ford revolutionized manufacturing.James’s Interesting Facts and Takeaways from the book:- Jeff Bezos (JB) doesn't allow power point decks in meetings rather 5-6 page narratives.

After listening to hours of podcasts, watching countless youtube videos, and perusing the BP website, I bought my first absentee list from listsource in February and I've sent out two rounds of direct mail postcards through yellowletters.com.  

A while back I came across Bigger Pockets on Youtube and from there I was just hooked on all the good insight with the many guests and their real life experiences which just made me wanna learn more and more about RE.

@Gino Barbaro Hi Gino, there's just so many motivational speakers I've come across throughout the years... have you went on youtube and listened to any TEDTALKS??
