I currently work full time, for $10/HR and when not at work I am studying REI, or doorknocking and trying to get my first deal.If there happens to be anyone local who currently works in a RE Law Office, RE Agency, Title Company, etc that has an opening, please advise.I would love for my 40+ hours a week to also be intertwined with learning more about REI rather than doing sonething totally unrelated, like I do now.Thank you in advance for any replys I may get.My strong points are -I can work without having to be micromanaged.I have common sense and can work through problems.My work ethic is very strong.Im willing to learn.And my weaknesses are-No college education.Am unsure of where to start, as in what particular job title to look under.

Maybe you can recommend me some sites to help me study gdp msa ahi and any other metric out there.

Lastly, you could study permit data to get a better idea of how the relationship between supply and demand is trending in your target market. 

I did not study a lick and made every conceivable mistake that a newbie investor/landlord could make.

You need a demand study.

I have not, but from what I have studied it takes quite a while and deep pockets (or a partner with deep pockets). 

I would really appreciate if someone gave me some areas to study in college that would go hand to hand with real estate or some advice on what to do.

I personally enjoy fix and flip and rentals (if I have to choose...)I have studied and watched real estate since I was 14 years old.
