There are different credit union options that would be best to connect with based on where you are investing and your situation, so that is why it's important to connect with our team to guide you on the right path on where to apply so you are not wasting your time and having multiple unnecessary credit pulls. 

There are plenty of deals but plenty of terrible ‘off-market deals’ too so be careful and become an expert or get someone on your team who is.

Pick one that is commenting on your specific situation and DM them.

I would be careful forming a specific list per se.... things will happen that are not normal "wear and tear" that the tenant should be responsible for and if its not on the "list" you are stuck... the list will need to continue to evolve.Keeping it relatively vague keeps your option open.
