I am new to bigger pockets but have been investing in single family and small multi family for the past 15 years and have grown to approximately 40 doors in Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri.

We're not opposed to taking a risk or switching lanes, but we're not really experienced beyond single family and duplex properties.

@Michael LiguoriIf you are looking to invest locally I would join local real estate investor associations and go to meet-ups to network with other investors.

I’m 23 years old and fairly new to the real estate investing world.

They have no understanding of compound interest, time value of money, return on investment, cap rate, or anything involving math of any sort10.

You would still be required to invest 10% equity into the deal here, so your $100k investment satisfies that need.
