I am actually in a different state from the properties, so I have only seen a few pics of the outside as of now.Two of them, they did full rehabs on back in Jan, 2016 and they bought one as a turn key in Dec. 2015.  

Now the mud has covered up right against the door and over the rocks covering the drain.see a pic here; this was before the mud covering up the rocks and tiles against the backdoor.

If I can figure out how to upload pics I will.

Also during "maintenance visits" check out the place thoroughly :) I use to have my PM send me pics from the inspections so I could see what was going on in the property.

I just did a quick scan.

I could send you before and after pics and how much the rehab cost.

I haven't found one yet and i've been searching for a while. neighborhoodscout.com gives you both the average rental/month for a city but it's not the kind of tool where you can scan through a list and pick-out, say, those are doing between 1% and 1.5% versus the area classification (A, B, C, D etc.).
