The children of the woman who owned the property responded today saying they have power of attorney for their mother and would like to sell. 

This appears to be the second time the borrower has been in foreclosure, it appears this time they are planning on letting the house go since they did not respond to the lenders notice of foreclosure.The question I have on this is the lender on the first sent out notice to borrowers of pending foreclosure, nothing was sent to the recorded debt holder in second position.

Hello Everybody,I am looking for an agent in Portland.I contacted couple of agents listed in other discussions, however none of them followed up.They responded to my email, promised to send listings, but they didn't.Or they called me, chatted, said that they will email the same day, nothing happened.Do you know anyone who was a little bit more responsive?

Not to hijack your thread but I had responded to craigslist ad when I was looking for a place to rent that I believe was a scam.  

I'll probably step in and handle this one, and write a new and better pest clause for the future.Again, many thanks for responding!

The interested parties then have a defined time to respond according to statue. 

Thank you for responding...for future deal purposes I am a creative investor and I need people on my team to get these deals to closing when I find them lol.
