This morning I set down and made a list of all of my mortgage payments and what I can reduce rents to for every property, so, that I can still pay my mortgages and give relief to my tenants. 

With all that is happening right now, I'm looking at reducing my down payment, so I need to go over my numbers again.

I did have a tenant call me about about reduced work.  

It's often a double close -- negotiate a big discount short sale with the bank, and then either keep the property or sell it to another investor (could be considered a sub-type of wholesaling).However, since the REIA meeting, I've also read a lot of discussions online about banks trying to prevent this more in the past 10 years.

The report mentioned the acceptable use of Desktop Appraisals and exterior only appraisals in the event of other factors preventing/discouraging interior access. 

There's no shame in getting it filled less than ideally to help prevent bleeding funds. 2.

I mentioned that I think it's going to get worse and drag on, which will reduce prices.

I expect to come out of this with significantly reduced net worth.
