While I understand the reasons for checking pedigree, there is also the growing problem of data theft from major players on the internet, the latest in a long line being Ashley Madison (expect a few divorces when this data is leaked).

I am now turning to BP, you all, as my last resort though I'm not entirely sure how that will turn out.After spending many years reading, learning, I'm taking action, my RE license will be valid soon, and I will begin my investing endeavors as I've planned...but there is one problem.Every investor I've talked to, whom I've tried to set up win-win mentorship deals, "I give you half my profit if you show me what to do." kind of thing.

So as has been said if I can't trust them I don't work with them, that is the easiest program plus stealing buyers can be a two way street and if the guy wants to stay in business it is wise to stay on good terms with the other players in town.
