cowholesaling-important-immediate rsvp required

i am doing a cowholesaling with ano wholesaler. he has the seller and i have the buyer. not a problem yet. i want to conceal my by buyers info. need to act fast... any advice???? what steps do i need to take. a contract??

The quick answer is to have the deal assigned to you and you pay the assignment fee directly and the first wholesaler doesn't see your buyer, he is out of the deal. But if the guy is scum all he has to do is wait and get the info from public records, or by stopping by the property later and introduce himself. So not really effective.

Some use non-disclosure and non-contact agreements so can wave a big stick if they contact the buyer for so many years into the future or other criteria. Some put in a clause that if the other party does any future deals with the buyer for a certain time period, the profits from those deals will be split 50-50.

I would just have the guy meet my investor relations managers and then visit him in the hospital. Just kidding no matter what rumors you have heard. So as has been said if I can't trust them I don't work with them, that is the easiest program plus stealing buyers can be a two way street and if the guy wants to stay in business it is wise to stay on good terms with the other players in town. Also it is much more profitable.
