It would not hurt to reach out one more time.If you don't get a response after that or if the response you get back is another brush off, move on.I don't believe in chasing people around.

@Sarah Becker look out, that is @Brandon Turner neck of the woods....he may chase you away from his tucked away gem ; )I did a preliminary analysis of the Aberdeen / Hoquim area about a year or two ago and decided I did not want to invest there mainly due to the fact that the economy is/was shrinking and it is too far off the I-5 corridor to attract any new substantial businesses.
