I would highly recommend bringing in an advisor or broker with specific experience and knowledge in this asset class.I have seen many of these parks trade hands on a handshake and a dream, however, you could be taking a huge gamble if you don't get microscopic on the front end.

It really depends on the scope of work and the person inspecting the work as well as the one issuing the permit.Find someone who knows the permitting system in the municipality where your project is located and have them review the scope, and the work done and see what they think it would take to pull permits after the fact.

If he were no longer on the note it would be a different story.As for what @Kevin Sobilo said, perhaps he's right that they could request a court order to foreclose on SCRA protected person, but it's been almost 3 years and they haven't done that either.
