So, what does the mentee look for, could be a warm body if they have money, I'd say as your money and ability to contribute on that front declines your ability to perform on other fronts will need to increase.

I spoke with Renter's Warehouse and they said their average time to have a tenant in place is between 8-17 days.I really hope to be able to contribute to this website as much as possible!
