Hi Everybody!

My family and I are currently in process of immigrating to the United States where I plan on getting my hands on commercial real estate and elderly care business. I stumbled upon this website a few hours ago and read several discussions which I found very insightful, rather motivating! What an great place to build new connections and meet some fascinating unique people! Very enticing indeed.

I am a civil engineer from Purdue University and have resided in the United States majority of my life. I have four years of experience in real estate in India and so far its proven to be very successful. I travel back and fourth about twice a year and am now looking to completely recolonize myself and my family in California.

I started investing in real estate at 20 years of age, using the money I had inherited from my father and grandfather. My knowledge was limited, but my risk taking tolerance was high which turned out to be rather rewarding in the long run. This week I am closing a $20+mil deal on one of my properties which brought me to your website for advice on how and where to make the next smart investment.

Once again, I look forward to building new relationships here and picking the brains of some very interesting people who seem to have deep knowledge on the subject backed up by logical and realistic reasoning. Thanks faking the time to read my post!
