Man do  I miss white castle burgers, High light dinner , down town Port Jeff, and Little Vinnys pizza over in Ronkonkoma just to name a few places.

I'm willing to partially fund it and be involved in the project management and light construction.

So I save my own personal expertise for either the little things that will nickel and dime you to death - a loose outlet, a bad switch, a bad light fixture, a dripping drain line under a sink, etc - or for the things I actually like doing - woodwork, for example - or for the initial rehab work that doesn't require one to work around tenants or their belongings. 

Did anyone see the light from the missle test off Californias coast?

It was built in 1938 so it will probably need an electrical upgrade (look at the wire running to that light in the kitchen!)

Have some light work in the midtown area.

Hard to stain, and if there are stains, they can be lightly sanded to remove the stain (plumbers got PVC primer on one tub during construction that has to be sanded out).  

Its a grind but be passionate about it and know there is light at the end of the tunnel!

We have taken several out, and replaced with overhead or recessed lighting.
