Shawn thats a good Question I hired a few People an some are new an Young an they don't have references an they never asked for it but i won't let that stop me i let them Prove it to me an i take before and after Pics an when they are done i give them a reference an school them as its good to have since there are bad apples out there that spoils it for most off them.Just My 2 Cents :)Elia

What I don't have any clue about is how to analyze a good deal, find places that aren't on the MLS,  and lack the knowledge in regards to the whole process.

We've had money sit in an escrow account for months and it went nowhere when the buyer decided to back out on us.It's unfortunate that, like many things in life, the few bad apples ruin it for the rest of us.
