Commercial RE is a networking business; the internet is great, social networking sites are great, but face to face experiences is what it takes to get people to invest with you.

In a nutshell, it is called ZhoutIt and it allows users to both communicate via text without giving their phone number and for users to find services, food, deals, tips, and other local based data via text and mobile app.
