I have about 50 rental doors over 10 properties and find myself wanting to put them in a format better than excel to track my PNL per property and as a company.I need something very easy to use (I am a kid of the 80s so I know the internet and use it but was not built on it)I dont need it to collect the rents (many of my tenants pay cash)...just need it to be a place where I can put in what I collect and what I spend on each property to make my monthly income/loss more understandable and also make year end tax prep way easierAny advice or opinions would be helpfulThanks in advance for your time

I saw the sign at the Panda express when I got Miss Lori some Chicken and rice lunch. big sign  15 and hour for server 16.50 for cook .. and many are offering 1000.00 signing bonuses.. 

I really want to make my first deal but I have been looking at the internet until my eyes blur and I feel like I need assistance connecting the dots. 

I really appreciate the community here on BP and the fact that individuals are willing to go out of their way to help an internet stranger. 

I doubt there is a greater concentration of knowledge on the entire internet than what you can find on BP! 

Law does not matter internet and gurus say its OK  and its what these folks want to hear.Just like flipping houses in Oregon.. if you do any work on a house that your selling to the public you MUST have a developers license which means  bond insurance and pay for the license.. no test required though..

Before the internet, we focused in our local area, looked at the numbers and took action.

For example, restaurant (where owners are objecting the most), notoriously don’t pay very much, with median wages around $11 for servers in 2020, compared to more than $20 across all occupations.

I downloaded a few purchase & sale agreement contracts on the internet and from some youtubers to use in the future.
