Purchase & Sales Agreement
Hello everyone! I'm a beginner wholesaler in Las Vegas NV, haven't done any deals yet and still learning about this business. I downloaded a few purchase & sale agreement contracts on the internet and from some youtubers to use in the future. How much does it cost me to have an attorney review the contract before I can legally send it to a seller?

I’d probably do it online but these guys look decent at Charleston and valley view. And you could see what they’re selling face to face…
