Right now, in our current market cycle I am getting the impression wholesaling is a bit more difficult than other aspects of the RE cycle.

I was under the impression that once 12 months are over, it is fair game to get another property as residential.

I was always under the impression that an individual filing single is exempt  from any capital gains up to $250,000 on their profit if they have lived in the property for 2 of the last 5 years (last 10 if military).

Ultimately you want to be engaging with your audience as Facebook's algorithm likes to reward you with more impressions at a lower cost for your ads.

I'm under the impression she has not signed a contract yet, as per her son.

They have a nascent light-rail system with one line running from north to south.Dallas is a major international hub and has a pretty impressive public transport system.

I also am under the impression that AirBnB is legal in the properties location, Denver - if I am wrong can someone correct me?
