If they are not, I'd recommend shopping around and finding someone that does.If this triplex is anywhere near Garden Grove, CA, then I imagine you will have no difficulty getting a nice amount of rental income from the other two units.Let's assume worst case scenario...You can't qualify because your DTI is too high or whatever reason your lender is giving you difficulty.

I can’t imagine the LLC thing works, unless there’s some way to prove that the term was driving the car as part of working for the LLC.

Pretty much exactly what I imagined, but great to hear it first-hand...By the way, if you're charging a larger commission split these days, what is motivating those 18 agents that are currently with you to stay, as opposed to going to a solid source or small-time broker with a very small commission split?
