Hello everyone,

I have been a lurker here on BP for about 1 year, reading and trying to learn the basics regarding buy and hold real estate investing. I'm currently a public accountant, but have been entrepreneurial since young age of 4, and see myself running a small business as my long-term career. I moved to Pittsburgh, PA just over 1 year ago to be with my now fiance. I believe I am now ready to actively pursue purchasing my first property, I think the biggest obstacle is going to be figuring out financing.

I look forward to learning from the BP community and contributing the lessons I learn along the way in my carreer.

Regards,

Max
