I forgot to mention that Sharesync even has a mobile app so I can pull any document up (or any authorized user) from their mobile devices. 

To rent units I use an app called Rental Manager by Zillow and facebook too.

You’ll need an iOS or Android smartphone app to add and manage ST and the ST devices.

The HubSpot sales tool tool is also interesting, but it sounds like that is more along the lines of a mail tracking app than an automation system.
