Just visit lots of rural counties (and even in growing cities)  and you will see lots of properties available for Tax Sale. 

Growing up I have always wanted to travel and have yet to leave North America and am hoping that through investing I can attain these new opportunities.  

Where here ONE title company and escrow officer and their escrow assistant handles buyer and seller.. so they are totally on top of it and it runs frankly pretty smooth it also helps that we have state of the art title plants I get a title opinion or what we call a Pre lim in 24 to 36 hours and can get one same day if I want and I don't have to pay for them unless I close...

I've been in Las Vegas for about a year now in the Southwest area, it's been nice and growing! 

The wholesaler is just trying to plant in peoples' minds the idea that if they have a house that needs repairs, they cannot list with an agent.  

Hello JamesThanks for the welcome.I plan to start with flipping and as I grow and learn my goal is to do a combination of flipping and buy and hold, In time I may look into other areas of real estate investing.
