[William Rogers]

Hello,

My name is William Rogers and I live in Mount Dora Fla. This is about thirty miles n.w. of Orlando. 

I was in the cable t.v. business from 1980 until 2005.  I made a very good living but I foolishly did not manage my money properly. I am  currently working part time sub contracting cable t.v. splicing.

Between 1998 and 2007 I did four small real estate deals and managed to make a profit on each deal, During that period I had some money, great credit and a very good working relationship with a local bank. That has all gone away.

I have been interestd in real estate investing for quiet some time and about fifteen years ago some of the gures got some of my money. No regrets, I learned a lot from studying  the materials they provided but a lot of that has changed since then.

Have joined the local REI and plan to attend the Orlando meeting and the Lale county meeting each month. I'm sure there are some Bigger Pockets members that belong tto this REI.

Looking forward to meeting and getting to know other members in this area.
