@Jake Faris keep in mind that if you change the structure of this property, then the lending options change too. 

Sometimes with the correctly structured syndication you get those benefits also but not always.

As an advisor who has written over a hundred IULs and own two myself, I can lead you to the correct way to structure these and show you what to avoid. 99% of agents aren't doing the best job for the client and this only makes their paycheck fatter.

I heard he got someone like 350k before.I know it involves opening up a bunch of cards (like 8 - 10) and charging/paying off in full repeatedly, he has other tricks too that push your credit up over 800 and then once you are there there are special programs offered and cards with big limits, he then directs you to a company that will provide you with the cash locked in the cards (for a fee of course).

I’m in the process of stocking my tool belt with all the knowledge needed to take full advantage of my assets. 

This means I only pay 15% tax rather than full capital gain.

I would like to hire someone, or use a company who is already trained to fill the interim between me not doing the calls as often, and hiring someone full time.
