Bringing on a dedicated caller to take a little off my "plate"

Hi. I am currently making calls myself, but I would like to free up that time by bringing someone on. I would like to hire someone, or use a company who is already trained to fill the interim between me not doing the calls as often, and hiring someone full time. Do any of you have any recommendations for a GOOD company that offers calling services, or a VA company I can hire from with minimal training needed while I am building training strategy for an in-house hire?
