Include pictures of the furnace, the water tank, electrical panel, outside electric meter, kitchen, bathroom, front of the house including the neighbors houses, the rear of the house, garage or outbuildings.

I'm researching whether the return is worth it; the solar will be installed on a 35,000 sqft, flat-roofed office building I have.

There's some scenarios where a small solar panel wired to a common light solves the problem.

-Currently, it is a 3 bed / 2.5 bath with potential to be a 4 bed if a wall is installed-outside deck is old and needs repair-kitchen & bathrooms are outdated-popcorn ceilings in entire house-doors and lighting fixtures need replacing-backyard fence with some broken panels-roof last replaced 2004-scattered ceiling patchwork and paint needed-tile flooring, considering hardwood flooringAny feedback is appreciated.
