Did do a sewer line inspection but the plumber only cleans up 60ft deep into the line -- The issue is around 70-80ft but to your guy's point I could have done a better job catching the red flags..

So this to me is an immediate yellow to a red flag.

To me this was a red flag.

They also appear to target unsophisticated investors and spend alot of money on marketing (which are a red flag and yellow flag for me, respectively).

You can have an awesome agent, but they may miss things or not see something that you would consider a red flag.

That can give you a red flag if tenants were delinquent on bills. 

My question is:  Would this be a red flag or dealbreaker for you? 

It resulted in around 80% of the properties, where our duplex was, being red flagged and having to be built with an additional setback from the beach.

That’s another big red flag.
