I've acquired books and other learning resources to further understand the field.

Numbers are good but want to understand what I need in place before I sign the sales agreement of what I need from the sellers along with do I rewrite the land contracts?  

From my understanding these are SEC rules and what most RE crowdfunding, startup crowdfunding, and third-party verification services (ex: verifyinvestor) all use.

So when you see some guy who did 1,000 transactions in a year...understand he probably has a team of 50 agents who made up that number.

And from my limited understanding the cfd is favorable to the seller as they keep the title so if and when buyer defaults seller doesn't have to get the title back but apparently in judiciary states a foreclosure is still required.  

I've taken the time to get pretty comfortable and understand all the processes with wholesaling.

We are open to partnering up with an experienced real estate investor and contributing in whichever way it makes sense to build upon our foundation and understanding.  

I understand that finding a home is only a small portion of a real estate agents role in the purchase of a house.
