Wholesaling Contracts in Sacramento, CA

Hello all, I'm Tony Tran, a new wholesaler in the Sacramento area. I've taken the time to get pretty comfortable and understand all the processes with wholesaling. The only concern I have as of now would be the Contracts. Should I go to an attorney and have a contract written up or revised? Or does anyone wholesale out of California who wouldn't mind sharing their contracts with me? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

Hey @Tony Tran, best of luck! I would bet you could find a pretty solid one online. Check out RocketLawyer also if you end up needing a lawyer and don't have one. Usually they have pretty good pricing.

Also to reiterate what @Dylan Vargas said, definitely check out meetups.

Best of luck and welcome!
