If so, curious how you're finding your properties and if you're doing add on's to the property or if you are buying them as they are with no changes other than cosmetic updates.

And then the rest are all seniors who wouldn’t ever even consider paying online and their checks are always on time every month because most have rented their whole lives and know the routine.

It’s ironic because she is working at a hospital where many of my other tenants work at and I’ve never ever had an issue.  

Having a fixed rate is much nicer for me to be able to strategically plan my investments with out worrying about the rates changing.
