Which color flooring would you choose for your rentals? Denali or Whitney?

@Yunfan Wang, I would go with Denali and lighten the walls, definitely consider applying a lime wash to the brick fireplace to modernize it. I would agree with the above, the floors are fine but if you *have* to replace them due to flooding that's what I would do. But also are there any other options that are cheaper that you could add to your shortlist? Also have you considered a modern cool toned carpet? Hope this is helpful and good luck!
