They also constantly promote your competitors next to your listing. 

It's very enticing for a prospective tenant to choose between a rental with a washer/dryer and one without.  

I cringe at some of the BP posts promoting dishonesty!

A solid deal that promotes a win/win for everyone involved, -Find, -Evaluate, Goal -developing a realistic purchase price that maximizes your monthly income and appreciates the asset.

To promote your listing, whether on Houfy or another platform, social media posts on local FB groups is a great way to get exposure to your listing.

They also have a website builder you can pay for.I have used Houfy for a few years and each year I have more and more direct bookings. .many repeat guests, but I also promote using the direct site to anyone that contacts me with interest in renting.
