I'm new to investing with one rental in west Fort Worth.  I'm interested in rehabbing, but also in learning about the many facets of this business.  I have been in the fine woodworking business for 30+ years.  I also have some experience in the house rehab/improvement field.  I'm now beginning to set up for wholesaling, which is definitely new territory for me!
