ADU's- I'm involved with a startup, MODAL, who is bringing pre-fabed stand-alone MIL units to SLC as a response to SLC's change in ADU policies, they have a model unit down at the City Creek Food Court.

Personally I choose to stay away from section 8 because I do not understand that business model, and it's not the niche I want to be in.

Has anyone used a better option for securing packages from both USPS and private deliveries? 

Many of the big name brokerages offer a lot of training on how to do a traditionally modeled business.

I have 7-10 on staff on various projects...split between India, US, Russia, China...and we have another company using a financial analyst in India building financial models for a new business...and a tourism specialist in Italy doing research...architectural design assistant in Serbia...voice over actress in California...We use UpWork...used to be ODesk.

Worse, they have a broken (but newer model) car sitting smack dab in the middle of the two car garage.

My plan is to repeat this same model every 1 or 2 years until I reach a portfolio of 10 single family homes, then upgrade to a multiplex of no more than 15 units.

No mistake was made in selection of the toilet, it was just a newer model of the old toilet that was there before, perfectly compatible without going into extensive plumbing.

I wholesale when I'm too busy or when a property does not fit my business model.

Does anybody here have success in house hacking, and a strong model to follow?
