You don't want to do a lot of renos (as you don't have a lot of money), so look for homes that require a cosmetic fix (paint). 

But here is my Monday routine for the last month:  5:40 collect rent from the electricians, they've been renting from me since April. 

I know it's cosmetic, but I just got SO disappointed that a turnkey DID NOT have flooring at all in that bedroom???

The home will need new bathrooms and several other cosmetic upgrades.I am wondering if the masonry structure with the plaster walls will significantly increase renovation costs and headache. 

The 3rd unit needs some cosmetics repairs, nothing immediate.
