Hello San Diego BP,

Considering of switching long term San Diego rental into short term/Airbnb (self managed) next month. Anyone successfully self managing their short term rental(s) locally and wouldn’t mind meeting up? Would love to pick your brain and I would be happy to share regarding local and out of state long term rentals.
