Hey Nicholas, first off thank you so much for taking the time to reach out, I really look forward to learning from everyone in the community.

I'm hungry and always willing to learn and I tend to think outside the box.

I joined a large broker at the start of my career and it was great to make those connections and learn the processes before I switched to a smaller firm (with a friendlier split)! 

Short back story - Became debt free after paying off $30k - Currently have $25k saved - Have been doing research, listening to podcast, read the book on rental property investing by Brandon Turner, and became a ProMember of BiggerPockets (learning how to run numbers with the tools here). 

I have been listening to the various podcasts and reading up to learn as much as possible.

I'm always up for people learning more and gaining knowledge.So really depends on what your goals are.   

@Eric Abel If you plan to go this route, it's best to learn your market first and start talking to those working in the business.

I hope my wife would like to learn and show some interest as well.
