Is your market saturated with competition?

I am in the industry for full disclosure.

I agree that if you can sell now, walk away with what you want then do it....We cannot predict the future and most economics/industry leaders are predicting that the housing market will cool off again.Also keep in mind that people that occupy a house never want to pay full retail for the property.

The realtors pay for advertising, cost of doing business, and like it or not it is worth 6% to the industry.

The town is experiencing somewhat of a "boom" I guess you could say due to new industries moving into this area.

He was planning on preparing for a competitive  national entrance exam to a prestigious postgraduate school in a foreign country in the next year.

I'm looking for a few options to do a competitive bidding process on the repair (I'm not sure how extensive the repair would be).Thanks in advance for any suggestions.David

I have had success in the past with single family (up to 4 units) for BRRRR refinances but those lenders aren't interested in warehouses and industrial buildings.Details on the property:Purchase price: 57KRenovation: 45KSize: 4800 sq ft.
