Any lenders for a warehouse cash out refinance? BRRRR Property
Hey BP! I am almost finished with a warehouse renovation in Mt. Healthy area of Cincinnati. I purchased with cash from a burnt out real estate investor for 57K, have put about 45K into the property and would like to cash out refinance. Any recommendations for a commercial lender in the area? I have had success in the past with single family (up to 4 units) for BRRRR refinances but those lenders aren't interested in warehouses and industrial buildings.
Details on the property:
Purchase price: 57K
Renovation: 45K
Size: 4800 sq ft. Front is an office area 1800 sq ft then 3000 sq ft of warehouse space in the rear.
Thanks in advance!
